Everything on Real Price Korea is built on one rule: show the real price, from a real place, with a real photo. This page explains how we gather and present that information.

How we collect prices

  • Every price is photographed in person at the shop, stall, or aisle — never copied from another website.
  • We record the place and date so you know how current and how local the price is.
  • Prices are shown in Korean won (KRW). The US-dollar figure is an approximate conversion for reference and moves with the exchange rate.

Our reviews

The one-line verdicts and short write-ups are our honest, independent opinion. They are not paid for, sponsored, or influenced by any shop or brand. When something is overpriced or a tourist trap, we say so.

Accuracy and corrections

Prices in Korea change, and stalls come and go. We keep entries dated so you can judge for yourself, and we update or correct items when we learn they’ve changed. Spotted something wrong? Email hello@realpricekorea.com and we’ll fix it.

Not professional advice
